This is a Logo and Flyer we've put together for Stairways which is a registered charity which helps adults with learning difficulties.

The brief here focussed on practical, functional design rather than pure aesthetics. Both logo and flyer had to look fun as well as professional and non threatening, most importantly though they both had to be accessible to the audience given their potential impairments. We approached the brief by concentrating on the accessibility aspect, using fonts which are bold and legible and colour combinations which are exciting without being either aggressive or gaudy.

The practical aspects of the design are continued onto the flyer using the same format as the logo. This is extended further by producing the flyer in a format which the client can easily amend and add to as and when needed - removing the additional design costs this would normally entail.
